F...Akin, I loved these words of advice, thank you.<br /><br />For those who take the time to read it, it is an eye-opener. I have read it and taken heed.<br /><br />I will be moving into insecure waters soon (and will have to restart my career from scratch), and have had second thoughts, but I feel there is really no choice for me.<br /><br />I like the way you talk directly and honestly, no hype or bravado as is common elsewhere. <br /><br />We all have frailties and have to learn to manage them as best we can.
